The Employment Agency Standards (EAS) Inspectorate is the government authority responsible for the enforcement of certain agency worker rights. You can raise a concern with them directly on 020 7215 5000 or through the Acas helpline on 0300 123 1100, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
Although your rate of pay may change on each assignment, the minimum rate of pay is used as an example in this document. Your actual rate of pay per assignment will be issued to you via an assignment document in our worker app.

Holiday entitlement and pay: |
Holiday will accrue at a rate of 12.07% of all payable hours worked. Our Holiday Year runs from 1st January to 31st December annually and resets to zero annually. Holiday will be paid out upon receipt of annual leave request form, as long as you have accrued enough holiday. |
