Bakery Operative Basic Skilled, Fully Skilled

The Staffing Network is a Nationwide Labour Provider across the UK. Due to new contracts our client has immediate vacancies for Food Production Operatives.

Manufacturers of hand made snacking cake items (Flapjacks, Cake slices, Protein bars, Muffins, Cookies, etc.) in a fast moving and physically challenging environment.

As a valued Team Member, all new recruits will be given on-job training to gain the experience and knowledge required to work within our Internationally accredited facilities.

shifts on AFTERNOON and MORNING rotation: 5:00 – 13:30 (30min break)
13:30 – 22:00 (30min break)

Applicants must have the right mind set for this kind of working environment. They need to be ready to commit long term so as to enjoy the benefits of a Full Time Permanent placement.

Pay rates are dependent upon experience, knowledge and ability.

Pay rates are done PAYE, or UMBRELLA INCLUDE HOLIDAY.

Basic Bakery Operatives pay rate £9.56 per hour. Fully Skilled Bakery Operatives £12.50 per hour.

Career progression and improved pay rates are available to any Team Member who can demonstrate the resourcefulness.
Possible progression to Management available to the right people !
