Driving Recruitment Consultant

The Staffing Network is an established Employment Business with offices across the UK.
We are a LogisticsUK Driver Agency Excellence Scheme membber hold a Gangmaster (GLAA) licence and are REC members.

The role is for a DRIVER RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT to work in our Spalding office. The office is busy and has been succesfully operating since 2019.

Duties include:-
Dealing with our driver workforce and clients on a daily basis
Establishing client and driver needs and creating solutions
Ensuring Driver compliance
Following up warm sales leads
Planning daily / weekly shift patterns
Finding and fulfilling new requirements for our services
The vacancy would suit a person with :-
Experience working in a Driver / Transport supervisory role
Experience working in a recruitment agency role
A customer focus
Comfortable using thetelephone, emails and dealing with people face to face
With a very diverse workforce including UK British, Polish, Romainian, Bulgarian, Lithuanian and Latvian drivers, English and a second ( or third! ) language would be a big advantage
PC literate with experience of Microsoft Office
An outgoing personality
We offer a cometitive salary and excellent bonuses and commission scheme, with genuine On Target Earnings of £45,000 – £50,000 per annum.
We have casual dress ( jeans ) and offer a staff discount scheme. Early finish on Friday and a good work / life balance.
